In Sept. ’08, all Greater Victoria high schools were provided with energy consumption information for the previous school year. Spectrum Community School had the highest overall energy use. The Spectrum Environment Club responded to the problem with a “Lights Out” campaign. This project outlines our efforts and successes to date.
